When it comes to disruptive innovation, the rules of the game are completely different from sustaining innovation (what companies know how to do already). This covers the three most common mistakes large organizations make when they try to implement programs around disruptive innovation.

Here I reveal and uncomfortable truth about why some of the most successful entrepreneurs today chose to leave the large corporations they worked for instead of tap into the resources and distribution they could have accessed.
